LaPierre targets the media, music and more for culture of violence. He also called for an armed police officer to be placed into every school in the country.<\/p>\n<p>IMO additional funds\/ legislation do not have to be appropriated to accomplish this. A police presence at a school can be included within officers already existing patrol schedule. I can remember as a child and teen seeing police at my schools! They were just there to make sure we were safe. I can still see them walking down the halls just &#8220;making sure everyone&#8217;s ok&#8221;!!
