Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) requires countries to regulate and control the export of weaponry such as battle tanks, combat vehicles and aircraft and attack helicopters, as well as parts and ammunition for such weapons. It also provides that signatories will not violate arms embargoes, international treaties regarding illicit trafficking, or sell weaponry to countries for genocide, crimes against humanity or other war crimes.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2013\/apr\/2\/un-passes-international-arms-regulation-treaty\/\">&#8230;read more<\/a><br \/>\n&#8230;&#8230;.<br \/>\nOk so you got all that? Now add to that this little gem, there was a vote March 23rd on a bill proposed by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.senate.gov\/legislative\/LIS\/roll_call_lists\/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&amp;session=1&amp;vote=00091\">Sen Inhofe<\/a> to &#8220;uphold the Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty&#8221;, which narrowly passed 53-46!<br \/>\nHere are the senators who voted <strong>AGAINST<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">upholding<\/span> the Second Amendment:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/savingtherepublic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Certified-Enemies-of-the-Republic.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14744\" alt=\"Certified Enemies of the Republic\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/savingtherepublic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Certified-Enemies-of-the-Republic.png?resize=403%2C233\" width=\"403\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/savingtherepublic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Certified-Enemies-of-the-Republic.png?w=403 403w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/savingtherepublic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Certified-Enemies-of-the-Republic.png?resize=300%2C173 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 403px) 100vw, 403px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you can see they are demoncrats but more importantly they are <strong>CERTIFIED ENEMIES OF THE STATE<\/strong>&#8230;<br \/>\nQuestion: Are these senators NOT in violation of their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States?
