People have a right to a large capacity magazine because sometimes it&#8217;s more than one person attacking &#8220;you&#8221;, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/article\/armed-homeowner-shoots-intruders-while-children-have-sleepover\">like a man in CA<\/a>, where you will need more than 6 or 7 rounds. Some people might need a large capacity magazine because they panic and will miss, or just under the very nature of the attack their adrenaline levels are so high they don&#8217;t have a steady hand. Hell the professionals who have been in battle for the last 10 years in Iraq and Afghanistan are proof of that!
