FBI cancels press conference. Courthouse bomb scare.<br \/>\nApril 17: Terror expert Steve Emerson reports ICE has been ordered to &#8220;deport&#8221; Alharbi for &#8220;national security&#8221; reasons, out of reach of FBI questioning.<br \/>\nApril 18: Napolitano denies Alharbi will be deported.<br \/>\nDid the Saudi minister request diplomatic-level immunity? Did Obama sign off on a &#8220;voluntary&#8221; departure?<br \/>\n&#8220;The level of coincidence required for the Saudi kid Ali Alharbi to be at the Boston Marathon at the time of the bombing and near the finish line where the bombs went off is staggering,&#8221; a DHS official told IBD.<br \/>\nWhy was he there?
