Pulling people out of their homes at gunpoint, searching them for weapons, where&#8217;s the warrant? So much for the Fourth Amendment!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.telegraph.co.uk\/multimedia\/archive\/02541\/Boston_bomb1_2541701b.jpg?resize=336%2C210\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"210\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.pictureboston.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/site..041913bombsmg01.jpg?resize=215%2C210\" alt=\"\" width=\"215\" height=\"210\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/d279m997dpfwgl.cloudfront.net\/wp\/2013\/04\/0419_watertown-search.jpg?resize=328%2C209&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"209\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After the capture of Tsarnaev friday I got on Twitter and posted &#8220;Are we ready yet to talk about the unofficial Martial Law that was imposed on Boston or are we still celebrating?&#8221; several times, <strong>NO ONE responded.<\/strong> &#8220;All for your safety&#8221; is the general excuse to impose law enforcement on people in this manner, but city-wide IMO it was Martial Law without the official blessing. Worst off NO ONE in Boston objected to this not even the liberal lawyers!<\/p>\n<p>By being silent to this day sets a very bad precedent regardless of the intentions. We cannot give up our rights and sovereignty even during the worst of times because some day the &#8220;switch&#8221; for the purpose of public safety will be turned on and never shut off.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;He who gives up freedom for safety deserves neither.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Curious, how many Bostonians are having second thoughts about gun control and anti-gun politicians?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t know how many homes in Boston were searched like this but I have serious problems with it, terrorist on the loose or not.
