I have no doubt the abuse committed by the IRS came from the white house but IMO Valerie Jarrett is running the show to allow his majesty plausible deniability.<\/p>\n<p>Congress can subpoena everyone they want until they are blue in the face it&#8217;s not going to matter a hill of beans! The problem with this having any true prosecution against the IRS and the WH will require the DOJ.
