Granted the TP was reborn during the tail-end of the Bush\/Cheney admin the former VP acknowledges the movement pointing out that obama is the extremist.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t think of the Tea Party as extremist the way some of the folks in Washington describe it. The extremist in Washington is Barack Obama. He\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the guy who wants to fundamentally transform our health care system. He\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the guy who\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s done enormous damage to America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s standing in the world.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Those in DC threatened by the TP and true conservatives are hardcore progressives, R&#8217;s &amp; D&#8217;s, are now positioning to destroy anyone in opposition ie Ted Cruz, Mike Lee etc. Cruz, Lee and company are an extension of the American people so those attacks are on we the people as well.
