While Rice had the power to unmask those who have been under surveillance she does not if it is not a national security issue. Multiple news outlets report Trump and co were under surveillance for over a year, before the election and was not related to the Russians or foreign intelligence. So what was her motivation if it wasn&#8217;t political?
