But that was just the beginning.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153The smart rich know they can only build the gate so high,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Moore said after referencing Michael Bloomberg\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s allusion to riots and unrest last week. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153And sooner or later history proves that people, when they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve had enough, aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t going to take it anymore.
