During his keynote speech at the Netroots Conference, Jones once again attacked the TEA Party using his influential speaking skills, just as another very influential spoke back in 1930’s Germany, issued a warning to the progressive monsters in attendance:<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u0153If the Tea Party is allowed to score a trifecta, their ideas already are corrupting the Supreme Court, you see that with Scalia\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s antics, they already have half of the Congress. If they get the rest\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6and the White House\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6if the Tea Party governs America \u00e2\u20ac\u201d if this time next year, you are living in a government run by the Tea Party \u00e2\u20ac\u201d let me suggest to you that they might use power a little bit differently than we did. When they get power, they use it to decimate us\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jones goes on to say they have to do two things that are hard. <\/p>\n

“We have to both re-elect the president and re-energize the movement to hold the president accountable to progressive values.”… “You have to have a president willing to be moved and a movement willing to do the moving.” <\/p>\n
