It’s pretty clear the Emperor is hiding something. Be it his legal identity<\/a> as I have argued for well over a year to Roots argument below that aside that he never heard of or met the Emperor while attending Columbia, “Obama got a leg up by being admitted to both Occidental and Columbia as a foreign exchange student.”!<\/p>\n

Root states what many of us have been calling for the Romney camp to do after countless attacks calling for his tax returns. 1) Mitt needs to get a set balls 2) call the Emperors bluff that he will present his financial records when the Emperor unseals his records!

Obama knows the best defense is a bold offense. Just keep attacking Mitt and blaming him for secrecy and evasion, while accusing him of having a scandal that doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t exist. Then ask followers like Senator Harry Reid to chase the lead. The U.S. Senate Majority Leader appears to now be making up stories out of thin air, about tax returns he knows nothing about. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a cynical, brilliant, and vicious strategy. Make Romney defend, so he can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t attack the real Obama scandal.<\/p>\n

This is classic Axelrod. Obama has won several elections in his career by slandering his opponents and leaking sealed documents. Not only do these insinuations and leaks ruin the credibility and reputation of Obama\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s opponents, they keep them on the defensive and off Obama\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s trail of sealed documents.<\/p>\n

By attacking Romney\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s tax records, Obama\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s socialist cabal creates a problem that doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t exist. Is the U.S. Senate Majority Leader making up stories out of thin air? You decide. But the reason for this baseless attack is clear- make Romney defend, so not only is he \u00e2\u20ac\u0153off message\u00e2\u20ac\u009d but it helps the media ignore the real Obama scandal.<\/p>\n

My answer for Romney? Call Obama\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bluff.<\/em><\/p>\n

Romney should call a press conference and issue a challenge in front of the nation. He should agree to release more of his tax returns, only if Obama unseals his college records. Simple and straight-forward. Mitt should ask \u00e2\u20ac\u0153What could possibly be so embarrassing in your college records from 29 years ago that you are afraid to let America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s voters see? If it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s THAT bad, maybe it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s something the voters ought to see.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Suddenly the tables are turned. Now Obama is on the defensive. …<\/p>\n
