George Soros is an Enemy of the State!

In response to Glenn Beck’s George Soros expose’ many viewers maybe left wondering what now? All this information is now out about Soros, his deep ties into countless organizations, video and audio recordings of his “radical” belief system. What do we do now? There is a simple action that can be taken based on a few simple facts in stopping him.
Now that you, American voters, have made a point you do not like the direction the nation is headed you elected/ re-elected individuals with a similar belief system as your own. There are some in office like Congressman Darrell Issa who have made it clear they want investigations into several areas of government for the questionable potentially unpatriotic actions against the people and state of the US over the last few years (ie stimulus, Obamacare etc).
This call of action is simple and is directed towards individuals in roles of power like Rep. Issa. It is for you the American citizen to demand a formal investigation into George Soros. Under what grounds many may be asking? I will get to the actual “charge” in a second but lets look at the facts:
1 Soros is a US citizen.
2 Soros is on record expressing an interest, desire call it what you will on the devaluing/ decline of the US dollar.
3 Soros has been instrumental in the demise of 4 currencies/ regimes to make a profit. He has made millions even billions from betting against currencies like the British Sterling (where he is was quoted saying he made approx $1 billion).
George Soros is intentionally attempting to collapse the financial industry more specific through the devaluation of the US dollar. He is in fact undermining the government and/ or the national security/ sovereignty of the United States that is an act by definition of TREASON. (Treason is the violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or state, giving aid to enemies, or levying war against one's state.)
Under Article 3 Section 3 of the US Constitution it reads:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.”
No we do not have an act of war by Mr. Soros but an act to undermine the US government through the financial system; an attack, and that it what it is, on our currency and economy. Wikipedia reports on treason “However, Congress has, at times, passed statutes creating related offenses that undermine the government or the national security,” it goes on to list examples of sedition and espionage.
Sedition and espionage are not included in Art. 3 Sec. 3 of the Constitution but Congress had the power to try people for those acts under the Article of Treason and some have been found guilty. Wikipedia explains “The Constitution does not itself create the offense; it only restricts the definition (the first paragraph), permits Congress to create the offense, and restricts any punishment for treason to only the convicted (the second paragraph). The crime is prohibited by legislation passed by Congress.”
This situation with Mr. Soros cannot just be left idle and shrugged off. Congress has the power to stop this man. In this modern age the battlefield has changed, one no longer needs to wage war against a country with guns and bombs; they can do it through manipulating its financial system. That is what this man is doing to make a profit and get the US out of the way “The main obstacle to a stable & just world order is the United States“(Soros: The Age of Fallibility). Thankfully our Founding Fathers thought ahead and left the door open for this charge of treason to not be limited to just war. The Constitution allows our Representatives to define the offense and they have the power to indict this man for treason!
The question or rather, as titled, your call to action is will you pressure your Representatives to launch a formal investigation into this US citizen, Soros? A man who has made it clear in his own words of wanting to see the value of the dollar decline (which would in effect potentially cause a financial collapse of the US economy).
