Wow the OSM is actually doing its job for once! Uh oh racists looks like we are on our way to a justified self-defense shooting! And how will you, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Black Panthers etc, respond? Riots, destruction of private property, assault on innocent people, maybe a shooting or two right?
To date there is NO evidence that this shooting was racially motivated. They have nothing, even if Zimmerman got in the kids face it still means nothing. Street law it may have value but in a civilized court it’s about facts and who threw the first punch. Remember kids “sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt”!
It all boils down to who threw the first punch. Physical evidence indicates high probability Trayvon drew first blood! ABC reports they have the medical report which supports Zimmermans claim of self-defense that Trayvon hit him, knocking him to the ground then pounding his head into the ground. Then there is the autopsy report which reveals Trayvon Martin had bloody knuckles when he died! Take note NO MENTION of any other injuries on Trayvon from a physical altercation!!
ANYONE in a similar situation who is armed would have responded in the same manner as Zimmerman. Having your head beat into the ground is something one would deem life threatening to pull their weapon out and fire.
Stand Your Ground law may not hold but basic self-defense will, as Alan Dershowitz has made clear, justifying this was a clean shoot. This will result in an acquittal for Zimmerman!
May I suggest Gov. Rick Scott to bring in the National Guard when the verdict is announced! You are going to need them otherwise FL is going to look like Los Angeles after the Rodney King decision!

A medical report compiled by the family physician of accused Trayvon Martin murderer George Zimmerman and obtained exclusively by ABC News found that Zimmerman was diagnosed with a “closed fracture” of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation.
Zimmerman faces a second degree murder charge for the Feb. 26 shooting that left the unarmed 17-year-old high school junior dead. Zimmerman has claimed self-defense in what he described as a life and death struggle that Martin initiated by accosting him, punching him in the face, then repeatedly bashing his head into the pavement.
Also today, a trove of documents are being examined by lawyers for both the defense and prosecution as part of discovery in Zimmerman’s trial — including 67 CDs worth of documents, video of Martin on the night of the shooting, his autopsy report and videos of Zimmerman’s questioning by police.
