An African-American woman attending a Mitt Romney town hall event comments on how Obama has been going around the Constitution. Someone near her says he should be tried for treason where she then responds clearly she thinks Obama should be tried for treason. The woman then asks her question to Romney as to how he is going to restore balance within the three branches of government and what Romney will do to restore the Constitution.
