His first statement tells you a lot “… I’m not happy with having a bunch of folks who have been dead for over 200 years Thats a very small group of people who were not even representative of the United States at the time they wrote uh telling us what kind of country we have…”
This professor (like most bookworm) is so smart he like most do not understand the most simplistic things about the Constitution. For example he complains that it is too hard to amend. Well the Constitution is difficult to change on purpose! The Founders wanted to make sure no one could just come along and change the rules as they go. It stops democracy aka mob rule in its tracks!
There is no doubt in my mind NO ONE today who thinks they know best for the nation, be it this professor, 0bama, current roster in Congress etc could have a debate with the Founders. They were geniuses to plan such a document that IS timeless. We have the oldest system of government among all modern nations. Every single nation has gone through changes in how they are governed we have lasted longest for a reason… the Constitution!
