Well what do you expect?! They come here to get educated and jobs in the tech sector where they probably build back doors to get into the very systems they break into. I mean it’s not far-fetched to consider Chinese hackers are getting help on US soil.
Then you have the debt issue to contend with. As far as the Chinese are probably concerned they think they own everything they steal.
