Everything the emperor does s cold and calculated. Playing stupid on these scandals will no fly with the people. It’s impossible for anyone to accept he isn’t kept in the loop, so he is either lying or completely incompetent!
Either way he should get thrown out of office, but that folks takes evidence. As of now we don’t have anything tying his majesty directly to any of these scandals should that change impeachment will be on the table.
