Is its safe to assume this ruling is in part because of Congress’ move on immigration reform? Do I understand it correctly that this ruling also means there is no more discrimination since the Voting Rights Act was created to protect minorities? The left will of course continue to claim discrimination regardless of the ruling.
Seeing that the emperor and other groups like the NAACP have come out in disagreement with the ruling maybe this is for the best?!
