We know the directive for the abuse from the IRS came from the White House, question who gave the order? My money is on someone who is completely out of the picture!
All these IRS people pulling the 5th Amendment are obstructionists. I get it, I understand they are concerned they will incriminate themselves, if that is true then offer Congress testimony in exchange for protection.
