It is not only arcane but unconstitutional upheld by a corrupt Supreme Court more specifically a Chief Justice who was more than likely blackmailed to change his position on the ruling!
You can’t get mad at the emperor for changing the law as he goes along. You must blame and hold Congress responsible for allowing the emperor to legislate from the Oval Office. There are so many who want the law repealed, the handful of “rebels” trying to defund it, yet not one of them is taking any action to stop his majesty from delaying parts of obamacare!
Again this is an example of the pathetic republican leadership under Boehner, Cantor and McConnell. They do nothing because they want obamacare implemented.. it’s that simple!
