If there are spin-off terror cells and have metastasized then Al Qaeda isn’t decimated by the standards used by the regime. They want you to think these terror groups are decimated as in completely destroyed and disrupted. In reality the original literal meaning of decimated actually applies… ony 10 percent of these terror groups have been shut down!

I’m telling you folks terrorists are coming from the middle east into South America (Venezuela), moving up through Central America, setting up camp in Mexico (working and training Mexican drug cartels) and coming across the US-Mexico border! They are here and waiting for the call to “go”!
