The problem of illegal aliens entering the nation hasn’t gone away folks. Why are our tax dollars being wasted on facilities to hold illegals when they should be sent back? That money would be better spent to do as Sheriff Babeu says to just send them back where they came from! And most importantly the fact that illegals are still pouring across the border demonstrates no one in DC is taking the ISIS threats seriously. As easily as illegal men women and children are so are terrorists.
Of the thousands that cross the border daily how many are passport holding European or other foreign nationals that traveled to Syria & Iraq and then to South and Central America who worked their way up north? Hamas and Hezbollah are active south of our border with established networks to move material, weapons and fighters across the border.
This facility is a byproduct of an ever-growing economic, social but more importantly national security threat to America. Where are our leaders? They ran home during the summer when many were proclaiming there was a humanitarian crisis on the border. They return 5 weeks later to do next to little business as the threat level from IS grows and now ran back to their districts to run their campaigns! Congress doesn’t care what happens to this nation, they’ll do and say what they have to in response to stay in power.
