The FBI will track those returning from fighting with ISIS! This is the same FBI that did a heck of job tracking the Tsarnaev brothers! With all this talk about revoking passports, banning them etc here is the problem: the American jihadists fighting with ISIS, along with other foreign nationals, are burning their passports. They don’t care what action is taken to ban them from leaving Syria and Iraq. Let’s be honest if they want to come back to the US they will be able to through back channels flying or taking a ship to South & Central America then making their way north up through Mexico and strolling right across our southern border.
Now if by some act of God said American ISIS fighters did make it back to the US they can’t be charged with treason because the boy king refused to go to Congress for a Declaration of War! So once again obama is doing more to help the threat than stop it from striking the US.
