Democrats in a display of defiance to Pres Trump and the GOP have invited an estimated 2 dozen DREAMers, aka illegal aliens, to be their guest at the State of the Union address. In response to this act of rebellion, AZ Congressman Paul Gosar sent out a series of tweets informing followers and his constituents that he has contacted DC Capitol Police, as well as Attorney General Jeff Sessions, to “consider checking identification of all attending the State of the Union address and arresting any illegal aliens in attendance.” And it gets better from there as Gosar also calls on them to arrest anyone attending using fraudulent credentials, which is a federal crime per 8 US.Code § 1324c – Penalties for document fraud
Is this harsh? Yes. Legal? Perfectly!
Like it or not DREAMers are not US citizens, they are as illegal as their parents who brought the here. They’ve shown ZERO respect towards this country FOLLOWING obama’s illegal action in June 2012, taking no initiative to make things right. They could have applied for citizenship in between filling out college and financial aid applications but they didn’t. Instead they trash this country, call us racists and bigots waiting for someone to make them citizens with the stroke of a pen. That attitude is why they will never get any sympathy from Americans. It is safe to assume at least one poses a security threat to the President of the United States, heckling from these is expected because liberals just can’t help themselves.
We are a nation of laws and it is time to start enforcing them. Illegals don’t have a right to be here let alone given protection from the opposing party for cheap political points. The American people EXPECT the Capitol Police as well as ICE to be there and do their jobs.
