Rep Gowdy Has Heated Exchange With Fmr IRS Commissioner Shulman

This regime is so corrupt and everyone who testifies is playing dumb by direct order. I wish Gowdy or someone in DC would file criminal charges against someone instead of these dog and pony shows.
