This was a very bad move by Toomey trying to appease the gun grabbers. His legislation like most on the table will open Pandora’s Box to more restrictive legislation.It also sets a precedent that our rights under the Constitution will continue to be chiseled away. Folks in PA have a lot to think about between now and the 2016 election.
