Charles is way off I think he and many just don’t understand the technology. They assume there is no way an individual could sort through billions of emails so they develop this “naive” perspective. No one is going to the court they are doing, Snowden, Binney Drake and other whistleblowers have confirmed this.
If “naive” people understand that there are programs designed to scan everything and seek out words, combinations of words, points of origin etc they would think twice. You see you could say do and talk to people in complete innocent that could, could be similar activity to actual bad people. Its like being at the wrong place at the wrong time if you follow me.
