Well I think I have been wrong as of late that the imperial emperor will blame Congress for whatever happens with Syria. He has taken a bigger step and will just blame the world for whatever happens that HE WILL INSTIGATE!!
So what I take from this is he is now putting pressure on the world community who in turn will put pressure back on the US to act in Syria. Big stretch I’m sure but this is what he does, he always manipulates a situation to get it off his back and onto everyone around him. I have no doubt he wants to strike Syria and start a war. Since he is getting so much resistance from both right and left in America he must take his appeal for action to the world community. If he can’t get Congressional approval, he will get world approval and may very well act on his own if other countries support him but not Congress.
Any Americans (and other non-indigenous personnel) in the middle east reading this get out WAR IS COMING!
