The Executive Branch enforces laws it does not make them. Someone should remind the Constitutional attorney/ professor he is over stepping his authority. The imperial emperor knows with obamacare failing, the economy flatlining etc he must exceed his Constitutional authority to fundamentally change the USA before the midterm elections. He must seize as much power and make as many changes as possible because he knows he may… may lose power in the Senate via Harry Reid. Don’t hold your breath for the Legislative Branch aka Congress or the Judicial Branch to do anything to stop these power grabs. We are approaching truly dangerous times now where he is being cornered like a wild animal. Our last hope is on those who have yet to be purged from the US military.
I have asked and will continue to ask the military: what are you waiting for? You took an oath against all enemies foreign and domestic, that oath is to country not government. You have a duty to remove tyrants dictated in the Declaration of Independence
