Nevada Rancher Threatened by Armed Federal Agents

Tattered American Flag DistressThese idiots are about to have Ruby Ridge 2.0 over cattle grazing!? Seriously! The feds are surrounding NV cattle rancher Cliven Bundy with sniper and tactical teams because his cattle are/ were grazing on federal land he didn’t want to pay grazing fees aka taxes?! And what is the purpose of this tax? The land is a “designated habitat for the federally protected desert tortoise”. How does cattle grazing endanger a desert turtle? FYI federal land is the people’s land! I know the jerks in DC think they own it but every inch of land from coast-to-coast belongs to the American people, until the DC destroyers start selling it off to the Chinese or whomever to pay for the debt they ran up…

Since Bundy hasn’t paid this tax he now owes approximately $1.1million but the cost to remove the cattle will be $3 million. Math makes sense doesn’t it for the bobbleheads in DC who push Common Core!

To add insult to injury whats with the First Amendment Zone!? Feds are now telling people who want to protest this where they can and cannot speak! I must have missed that one in the Bill of Rights that is probably right next to the Good & Plenty Cause! What kind of bizzaro world are we living in now?

This govt is completely out of control and it is OUR FAULT! This is what happens when you keep the same people in power for far too long. They create laws and policies that escalate over time encroaching on our rights. They take land and property (or access to) at will now over environmental claims. What’s next, beaches because people are impeding the life cycle of a clam??

Armed Fed Agents and Snipers? Nevada Rancher Is Taking on the Gov’t in a Battle That’s Reaching a Breaking Point
by Becket Adams | The Blaze
Armed federal agents deployed last week to northeast Clark County, Nev., for what can only be described as a major escalation in a decades-long standoff between a local cattle rancher and the U.S. government.

Cliven Bundy, the last remaining rancher in the southern Nevada county, stands in defiance of a 2013 court order demanding that he remove his cattle from public land managed by the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management.

The 67-year-old veteran rancher, who has compared the situation to similar confrontations with government officials in Ruby Ridge and Waco, Texas, told TheBlaze that his family has used land in the 600,000-acre Gold Butte area since the late 1800s.

“I have raised cattle on that land, which is public land for the people of Clark County, all my life. Why I raise cattle there and why I can raise cattle there is because I have preemptive rights,” he said, explaining that among them is the right to forage.

“Who is the trespasser here? Who is the trespasser on this land? Is the United States trespassing on Clark County, Nevada, land? Or is it Cliven Bundy who is trespassing on Clark County, Nevada, land? Who’s the trespasser?”..more
