The arms embargo will remain in place but there is nothing to stop Iran from sending money to terror groups.
Isn’t that nice, this deal just made it easier for Iran to help its allies like Assad and terror groups. Thanks to team obama/Kerry the Iranians won’t be bogged down with having to send planes, trucks or ships with cargo (weapons & munitions) risking seizure or a standoff to Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthi rebels etc. The Iranians money will be freed up so they can just send money to Assad and terrorists who can just go shopping for whatever they want. Cmon you know the gift of cash always makes giving a lot easier!
What you have here boys and girls is whats called a classic loophole! Are we to believe after all the negotiating it never crossed anyones mind that even though Iran can’t ship weapons because of the arms embargo they will give money to terrorists to buy what they would normally receive in a shipment!? Once again Donald Trump is vindicated with his stance that no one in this regime can negotiate.
