This defines obstruction of justice.
Keep in mind a Congressional subpoena was and is still in force! The only thing missing from this hearing from waaaayyy back in Sept 2016 with FBI Director James Comey was Rep Ratcliffe or any republican Congress member (to date) requesting Comey’s immediate resignation or call for impeachment. The Director has destroyed any confidence the American people had with the Justice system and the FBI. As long as he is in power no one will trust any investigation or decision that comes out of this agency.
This is just one of many examples as to why Sheriff Clarke and many others including STR are saying it’s time for pitchforks and torches. The DOJ/ FBI are corrupt protecting the elite class, while our elected leaders take no action to curb the problem, ie request Comey’s resignation or initiate impeachment proceedings. There is one last option, Article V Convention of the States, but it is taking far too long to organize.
