Progressives in power across the US are loving every minute of this unnecessary shutdown. They are sending law enforcement officials (Sheriff/ Police) loyal to them to lock up anyone who crosses their unconstitutional orders. Just to be clear regardless of what Office issues it, an Executive Order IS NOT a law. These people while they act like it are not kings and queens.
In Odessa, TX the Ecton Cty Sheriffs Dept SWAT team was unleashed on shutdown protesters at Big Daddy Zane’s bar. The owner opened his business because he, like many business owners, feels his business is essential. Yes, they were carrying weapons and yes it probably wasn’t the wisest move BUT they were not harming anyone. The protest was peaceful and they complied with the officers, rolling in an armored vehicle (MRAP) was completely unnecessary.
Next we have Dallas TX salon owner and mother Shelley Luther who opened her doors maintaining proper social distancing, following all safety precaution and sterilizing equipment between customers. She was issued a cease-and-desist letter a week ago from the county judge to shut down, but she publicly ripped it up the letter. Luther found herself in court where Judge Eric Moye demanded she apologize and close her business to avoid jail time. Luther refused arguing the need to pay bills and put food in her children’s mouths, as well as her stylists having similar needs. Well, Moye sentenced Luther to 7 days in jail and fines estimated at $7,000+ (she’s being fined $1,000 for everyday the business is open).

Americans are being locked up for opening their businesses, taking their kids to the park, going to the beach and peacefully protesting (to name a few). Meanwhile the same authorities ordering this crackdown against law-abiding Americans are letting criminals loose, who are not sitting at home, they’re going back to their old ways.
Keep in mind this is TEXAS, we should NOT be seeing acts like this in a state that is considered one of the freest (sad that has to be said) in the USA.
These shutdowns have to be stopped and painful, punishing civil rights violation lawsuits have to be filed against these tyrants who are clearly abusing their power. Incredibly dangerous precedents are being set across the country the longer we stay on lockdown and you can bet your last dollar progressives (D’s and R’s) are taking notes. They now have a new way to get their agenda through all under the guise of “public safety”.
As for the men and women in law enforcement following these orders understand this:
These are the officers and deputies who are waiting for the order(s) to come from the tyrants, they’re loyal to and already obeying, to go door to door disarming Americans. They are bad cops. Yes, I said it. It’s true they vote for progressives (mainly dems), they hate HATE Trump and agree with all antigun nonsense – their actions NOW is proof.
