Two citizens of San Diego speak out against Occupy San Diego protesters at a San Diego City Council meeting on November 1, 2011. Leti Soto describes being terrorized by the protesters and he business as a pushcart hot-dog vendor being ruined by their bad behavior. Samuel Horta (or Heurta?) recommends that the City council not pass a resolution endorsing the goals of the Occupy San Diego protest.
