Megyn Kelly speaks with Geraldo Rivera and Lt. Col. Bill Cowan. The Lt. Col points out that troops generally remove the magazine from their weapon but this wasn’t the case as it was reported. Apparently military commanders wanted our troops to “look like” their Afghan counterparts?!
