If the rules are no recording devices allowed for the CAUCUS then thats the rules. The crowd chanted “we make the rules” and if you ask me they sounded like Occupy babies. People love when rules are in place to keep things orderly until it goes against them. Then you get labeled and attacked for being against liberty and freedom. Funny the Founders established this nation WITH RULES aka Constitution to prevent chaos and majority rule aka mob rule. Those who claim to be champions of it seem to have a problem with rules!
