The end goal for the left hijacking this debate is of course to destroy religion. They must as it opens the door for the Constitution to be re-evaluated since its heavily based on Judea-Christian beliefs.
Marriage is a religious term why is there so much need by alternative lifestyles to have the title? Are there not civil unions available for same sex couples? If not civil unions should be written in a manner that gives same sex couples all the rights and benefits that married hetero couples have and end this.
