Why now? I do not believe all the new gun owners have dried up the market either. Most civilians have purchased their weapons after the run on ammunition began. Many people have paper weights collecting dust because they cannot get ammo. It’s not DHS either that is buying all the ammo, other agencies including the military are buying it up too!
