Nice to see a lawmaker spell it out that hollow points are not used for target practice and also cite whether this purchase is appropriate with sequester cuts.
Something is not right folks. Yes the govt can purchase up to 1.6 billion but in years passed they only put orders in for lower quantities. Now keep in mind this is after major fighting in the middle east the lower volume orders were put in and it’s DHS not US military. So what are they arming up for now that they want to max out at the 1.6 billion over the next 5 years?!
