Mattioli is 100% correct. The laws on the books need to be enforced and they need bigger teeth. Make the punishments harder and longer. The penal system needs a revamping too. There are too many amenities for those who are supposed to be punished. Sheriff Joe Arpaio has the right model in how to treat felons, bring back chain gangs for starters… seriously!
