Dr. Kermit Gosnell found guilty of first degree murder for babies A, C, and D. He was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for the death of former patient Karnamaya Mongar.
Sentencing phase will begin and he will either get life in prison or the death sentence. Even if sentenced to death you know it will be appealed, either way the taxpayers will be on the hook for his room and board until the day he dies.
