These programs are too easy and wide open for anyone to receive, we should take a page from Benjamin Franklin and make life difficult for people to be on them that they won’t be comfortable being on the government tit. This progressive social entitlement engineering was created simply for power and control. The majority of the programs now being abused were created by democrats who see the bigger picture of creating a permanent dependent voting class just as Wayne Rogers explains. None of it is sustainable and if you think it’s bad now wait until 11 million+ illegals are granted amnesty!
