This is not bureaucracy run loose. As reported this is the same division of the IRS Lois Lerner was part of. To answer the question why go after the Legion? The answer is simple, you go after the Legion because this administration has a record of taking positions against our military active and retired. The regime hates our warriors, has no problem cutting their funding while sending them into meaningless battles ill-equipped!
The IRS is a lawless completely out of control agency acting as thug enforcers for obama that must be shut down. You see what they have done to conservative groups, now the targeting of the American Legion, what do you think they are going to do to John and Jane Homemaker when they have access to all of their personal records under obamacare?
