Pay attention to the clips coming from political talking heads because this is what you will be hearing from those speaking the truth. The emperor has put the ball in motion to set up Congress to take the fall… again. This is nothing new, what he is doing now is no different from when he was a senator voting “present”. Obama always takes a neutral stance on controversial issues. It allows him to pivot and manipulate the situation to his advantage.
Worst case scenario (2): Another chemical attack happens before Congress takes a vote, obama can blame it on the extremists in Congress and the right-wing people for the delay.

Congress votes no action, another attack happens he politicizes it and the dems use it in 2014 elections as ammo that “republicans are evil allowing a dictator to stay in power like Hitler or Stalin, letting children die in Syria!”
In either scenario he may or may not then take action on his own. If he does take action on his own, as I have said, it will be like taking a baseball bat to a hornets nest!
