Obama knows it is illegal to launch a strike at Syria. Every point his majesty cites was explicitly explained by Judge Napolitano, who said taking action was not only a violation of international law but also Constitutional law! The emperor wants to put the burden of blame on Congress. He is making the US as a whole guilty of an illegal action should Congress vote for a strike which we all know will result in war.
Look at it on a historical basis. People will not remember the back and forth and opposition of the people. It will be recorded as the US President went to Congress to seek action in the name of human rights violations where Congress said “go” that resulted in war! Very simple subtle move putting it all on Congress. Should war start in the middle east, there is a high probability, US as whole historically will be to blame!
This “my military..” comment is now the second time he has said it! I also believe this comment dragging the military in is also to put blame on them as well. This is VERY disturbing and all American should be concerned!
