Cruz and a few rebels are out there making the argument to stop obamascare, they are being attacked by their own on behalf of the people who are against it. Gregory touched on something during his interrogation of Ted Cruz that angers me to no end, and he’s right.
“There are not protests in the streets arguing to do away with this law in the way that you’d like.” With all the opposition to obamascare where are people?
Ted Cruz can’t do this alone, there is no presence of Americans opposing this bill, no show of force. Your calls and emails melting/ crashing the Capitols network are expected at this point. You have not put the sense of fear into DC and this AmeriKa is why you will lose again!
Where are the protests? Why aren’t people taking to the streets to protest this destructive law? TEA Party organizations where the hell are you??! Cruz, Lee etc cannot fight this alone, phone calls and emails in opposition only go so far. The Capitol should have been shutdown with protestors this weekend (at the least), where are you America? I understand people cannot travel across the country on whim but those of you who are part of the opposition, who are vehemently against obamascare have no excuse. If you live within reasonable driving distance of DC you should have been there! This IS more important than your kids game, the big game on tv, some sale, party or what have you. I’ll bet a number of you went to events and complained about obamacare too! You chose yourself over your nation and childrens future!
This is the quintessential problem with conservatives waiting for someone else to come along and do your fighting. You can bank on the left showing up if roles were reversed. Please don’t even try to use that excuse that the left shows up because they have no jobs, school, children etc YES THEY DO! They possess the will to advance what they believe in where the right likes to sit around complain and talk about setting up a group to talk about what to do! Because of this “waiting for someone else to come along attitude” obamascare will not be stopped.
