Bunch of kings and queens building their little empires while we the people barely get by! Once upon a time serving in Congress was a drag, something the elected didn’t look forward to as it took them away from their homes and business. Now look at them today millionaires for doing what exactly? What strenuous labor do they do that demands the wealth?
Many of these bobbleheads have jumped on the emperors inequality bandwagon too! Can you say hypocrites? How about Congress is the first to pay higher taxes and fees to offset debt BEFORE they go after the rich who got where they are by actual hard work?! Yea yea I know some in Congress earned their money, whatever they got richer in Congress why? Because they do favors for the lobbyists and God only knows back room deals!
I don’t care if you a dem or repub aren’t you tired of reports like this. Please people please throw these SOB’s out. Are you any better off today than you were a few years ago? Those who are long-term unemployed like myself what is your excuse for re-electing clowns who failed their promise to stimulate the economy so we can have our shot at making a million?
THROW THEM ALL OUT! Elect conservatives who will push for term limits, reduced pay and put a lid on lobbyists who enrich the elected!

The median for congressional Democrats was $1.04 million and, for Republicans, $1 million even.
To calculate the net worth of lawmakers, the Center added together members’ significant assets, such as corporate bonds and stocks, then subtracted major liabilities such as loans, credit card debt and property mortgages.
Here’s the breakdown: the median net worth for all House members was $896,000 (Democrats averaged $929,000 to Republicans’ $884,000) and, for Senators, $2.5 million. The median net worth for Senate Democrats was $1.7 million, down from $2.4 million in 2011; for Republicans: $2.9 million, up from $2.5 million in 2011…more
