What exactly will it take for the people in TX’s 18th district to wake up like people did in Chicago realizing this “woman” is a problem not a solution. The war on poverty is failure because of race hustlers like SJL taking advantage of the very people she claims to be an advocate for. By her very testimony she wants to keep people in the corner by suggesting changing welfare to transitional living fund!
It’s called welfare for a reason and there is no reason to rename or reclassify it other than political correctness so as not to offend those on it. In better economic times it would be a motivator for people to get off govt assistance because they would hate to say they are on welfare. But today degenerates like Lee have made it acceptable as an alternative lifestyle even encouraging people to be on the govt tit. So change the name make it okay for everyone to get on the govt tit by removing the stigmatism of “being on welfare”.

Unfortunately what Lee wants to do is in fact the complete opposite. Look I know people are hurting being out of work or not making as much who need EBT and SNAP but should we allow that to change the name so as not to offend those utilizing the program?
Those who deliberately abuse said programs are not in a state of “transitional living”, why make life easier for them by removing a stigmatism? I’m sure I’ll piss off some people but that’s what I’m here for and remember kids I’m down and out like many of you so think before you attack!
