Rep Gowdy does a nice job citing all the failures of the imperial emperor where he blames those failures on Congress thus his need to use his pen and phone. I am a fan of Trey Gowdy but I like most Americans grow tired of all the talk and no action from Congress. They need to either take action against the imperial emperor for violating Article II (powers of the Executive Branch) or for potentially committing treason aiding and abetting our enemy by sending aid to the Syrian rebels that have numerous terror affiliates embedded within them.
