Here we go again another delay by the lawless imperial emperor to save demoncrats up for re-election. This new delay is to stop cancellations that kick in right before the midterm elections! What a coincidence! Congress will of course remain silent proving they are completely useless and impotent as the imperial emperor legislates from the imperial throne room.
